Introduction

Welcome to Smile Hurghada Tours. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

Booking and Payment

A. Booking

All bookings must be made through our website or directly with our office. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

B. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. You may also pay a 25% deposit and the remaining balance in cash upon arrival.

C. Prices

Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. We will notify you of any changes prior to confirmation. Once confirmed, the price is guaranteed.

Cancellations and Refunds

A. Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via email. Cancellation fees apply according to our Cancellation Policy.

B. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any tour or service for any reason (e.g., weather, safety concerns). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative arrangement of equal value.

C. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy and will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking within 7-14 business days.

Changes to Your Booking

A. Amendments

Changes to bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your tour for any modifications.

B. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, etc.) or operational requirements. We will always strive to provide the best alternative experience.

Responsibilities and Conduct

A. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary travel documents, such as valid passports (6+ months validity), visas, and travel insurance. You must comply with local laws and regulations of Egypt.

B. Behavior

You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful to your guide, other participants, and local communities. We reserve the right to remove any individual from a tour if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, with no refund provided.

Liability and Insurance

A. Liability

Smile Hurghada Tours acts as an intermediary for local service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from the use of our services, except as required by Egyptian law.

B. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, personal injury, lost luggage, and evacuation.

Data Protection

A. Personal Information

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will be used solely for processing your booking, communicating with you, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hurghada, Egypt.
